Participation is open to every body who is interested in HL7 studies. Those who wish to attend the Conference should complete the enclosed registration form through air or fax to the Conference Secretariat. Each registrant must use an individual form. Additional forms can be photocopied from the original one or download from the Conference website http://www.hl7.org.tw. Please read through the information carefully before completing the form.

Letter of Invitation

The organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. The invitation intended only to facilitate delegates travel and visa applications. It in no way implies provision of any support, financial or otherwise.

Registration Fee

*Full registration fee includes Opening ceremony, congress banquet, morning & afternoon teas, two luncheons and entry to the two-day conference.
