¡EINSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
1. Submitted papers should be in English and structured under the following headings: topic of paper, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusion. Papers should be typed and accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 500 words. The paper itself should not exceed 12 A4 pages (Times New Roman size 12 fonts, double spaced), including tables, graphs and references. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2005.
2. The affiliated institutes of all authors should be stated. The corresponding author should be identified and an e-mail address provided for contact.
3. Papers must not been previously published.
4. Accepted papers will be posted at http://www.hl7.org.tw/conference2005/ on May 31, 2005. Notification of acceptance, scheduled presentation time and detailed contents of the conference will be sent to the corresponding author by e-mail and registered mail on May 31, 2005..
5. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their papers and will be required to sign a ¡§Publication Confirmation and Authorization¡¨ form. This should be returned to the conference secretariat by fax together with the final version of the paper before June 15, 2005.
6. To avoid interruptions in the proceedings due to withdrawal of presentations, accepted papers will only be placed in the conference program after presenters have paid the registration fee for the conference.
¡E PAPER SUBMISSION
All papers shall http://www.hl7.org.tw/conference2005/en/upload.php be submitted through the online paper submission system on http://www.hl7.org.tw/conference2005/en/upload.php. It is preferable to cover files to MS Word, files submit by other format will not be accepted.
¡EPRESENTATION OF ACCEPTED PAPERS
The time allocated for individual presentations is 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for discussion). The conference organizers will provide all necessary audio-visual equipment.
¡EPUBLICATION OF PAPERS
Selected papers from the conference will be published in The Journal on Information Technology in Healthcare.
